A native of New Delhi, India, Varun Luthra came to the United States to attend graduate law studies on a student visa (F-1 visa). After working for over 8 years for boutique law firms in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas, he moved to Dayton, Ohio and launched his own law practice. Mr. Luthra has excelled in handling federal immigration law matters exclusively and now brings this experience to the Buckeye state.
Varun Luthra has spent his whole career in United States immigration law practice assisting clients with the fullest variety of immigration law and related legal needs, including visa and deportation cases. He has a unique perspective and ability to understand many of the worries and concerns of his clients throughout the immigration legal process, having been through the very same process. Mr. Luthra’s sister is a Scientist researcher at Georgia State University working on Covid-19 Sars virus, and his brother earned his Ph.D. from Penn State University now he is working as a Senior Data Scientist for a company in Denver, Colorado; additionally, he has visited Antarctica to research on the ice sheets meltdown. His older sister is a teacher in New Delhi, India, where their mother and father also live.
